To submit a case for publication on openabdomen.org please provide the following information. Note that certain data fields are required for your submission. Once your application has been reviewed you will be contacted by the team at openabdomen.org to proceed.
In order to comply with HIPAA regulations please don't include any personal patient information which could identify the patient.
Before the case is published on openabdomen.org will require that you confirm that the case also complies with your hospital/institution's required privacy policies.
